The service

Paid is an AI income copilot operated by Insider Forge Inc. It helps you turn a clear income goal and deadline into a realistic route, offer, outreach messages, and daily actions. Paid is guidance and support, not a job, a business opportunity, or a guarantee of income.

Eligibility and honest use

You must provide accurate information about yourself, your situation, your skills, and your constraints. The quality of your plan depends on the honesty of what you share. You may not use Paid for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, spam, or to impersonate someone else.

Payment and unlock

Paid offers a free preview of your plan, including your route title, why the obvious options were ruled out, a quick win, and one outreach message. Unlocking the full plan, both outreach messages, pricing, prospect profile, the daily move engine, dashboard, streak, shareable win cards, and the "I'm stuck" re-route requires a one-time payment of ₦7,000.

Payments are processed by Paystack in Nigerian Naira. Once your payment is confirmed, your account is unlocked. We do not offer a subscription tier at launch.

No income guarantee

Results depend on your effort, your market, your skills, and factors outside our control. We do not promise that you will earn any specific amount by your deadline. Paid gives you a plan and tools. You still need to take the actions.

Our guarantee

If you do not land your first paying customer within 7 days of unlocking your plan and following the recommended daily moves, we will rebuild your plan free of charge. This is a free rebuild, not a cash refund. Contact us within 14 days of your original unlock to request it.

Intellectual property

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive right to use the plans, messages, and assets generated for you through Paid. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our software, branding, or generated templates outside your own use of the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Insider Forge Inc. is not liable for any lost profits, lost opportunities, or indirect damages arising from your use of Paid. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. If you continue to use Paid after the changes, you accept the new terms. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or abuse the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
